Sweet Lollipop Birthday Card

Happy Tuesday Crafters,

This is an extra post this week because I'm a Guest Designer for Die Cuttin' Diva's today.

Super excited to be a part of this weeks challenge for Die Cuttin' Divas which is the following sketch.

For my card I chose to do a print and cut die cut of the KaDoodle Bug Designs Charmkin Cuties - Lollipop Girl using my Silhoutte Cameo.   I also enlarged the lollipop for the circle portion of the sketch but I changed the colors.
Added Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen to all items that look like lollipops.

Card Recipe:
  • A6 Card Base -- 6.25" wide x 4.5" high
  • KaDoodle Bug Designs Charmkin Cuties - Lollipop Girl
    • Lillipops accented with Wink of Stella Glitter Pen.
  • Sentiment from Jaded Blossom Sweeter Than Candy stamp set
  • Background paper from  DCWV Te Sweet Matstack (4.5"x6.5")
  • Gumdrop Brads from my stash, which were already glittery.
Hope you join me and the Die Cuttin Diva's Design Team in this sketch challenge.   Go over to the Die Cuttin Diva blog by clicking HERE to see what the Design Team created for this sketch and to link up your sketch project.
Can't wait to see what everyone creates.

Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Crafting!

TTFN,
Debby

  3. Hi, Debbie, I love how your circle element matches the girl's lollipop!

As for the cricut, the new one - explore I think they call it (the one that uses the design space I was talking about) All the cartridges that I linked to my gypsy were available to me through cricut craft room. Even after I started dabbling with the Explore, I still linked to my gypsy and then the Cricut craft room. All those that were in CCR also were available for me in the Design Space. I think you just have to use the same login information on both. Hope that helps, if you have the explore.

I don't want to give up my cricut stuff because 1 - I spent a lot of money on it, and 2 - some of the images are so nice, I don't want to lose them. I wish there was a way to import them into the Silhouette software because that one works so well for me.
